Perfect Evening Weather
I was the perfect North Carolina evening. I just spent the last 2 hours on my porch, catching up on some email. The weather was that kind that feels like its not there at all.
I knock this state a lot, but I have to admit the weather is pretty nice … (when it’s not unbearably hot

I went out to dinner the other day in CA and there was this huge party going on at the restaurant, I guess one of the guys was retiring and moving to NC. All the people gave the guy something to either help him get accustomed to NC or to help him in retirement. The next thing I know, I turn around and the guy is decked out in a pair of overalls, wearing a straw hat, and holding a bottle of SoCo. Is that what North Carolina is like?
