clever little gmail trick - categorize your mail by modifying your mail address

Let’s say you join the British Airways e-mail list, when you register you can type in your name as userB+travel@gmail.com . Then when you get an e-mail from them, it’s sorted in its own inbox. So you can create your own categories this way.

Take a look at this video of a presention by Dick Hardt. It’s been inspired by Larry Lessig’s presentation style. I wonder what Tufte would think of this?
